1. Who Our Pages Are For
1.1 Our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube accounts are for adults. These platforms require users to be at least 13, and we do not direct our posts, comments, or messages to children.
1.2 If you are a parent sharing our books with a child, we are glad you are here. Please do not post identifying information about your child in comments or messages.
2. Comments and Messages
2.1 We keep comments limited or turned off, and direct messages closed, to protect families. For questions, email support@jolijaunts.com.
2.2 We may remove comments that include a child’s full name, photo, school, address, or other personal details, as well as harassment, hateful content, spam, or promotion.
2.3 If we learn a child under 13 has contacted us, we will not reply to the child and will delete the message.
3. Photos and Artwork
3.1 We do not post photos or videos of identifiable children. When we share a child’s artwork, a parent has entered it through our form and agreed in writing, and we show only a first name or initial.
4. Promotions and Partnerships
4.1 When a post is an ad or a paid partnership, we label it plainly. Our promotions are aimed at adults.
4.2 Our activities and giveaways are run through our website, not through comments or direct messages, and are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube.
